2. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all engagements, purchases of digital materials, and procurement of tangible products offered by Northviro.

3. Climate & Environment Services

Northviro offers site assessments, consulting, project planning, and implementation services tailored to environmental sustainability.

3.1 Scheduling and Cancellation

Clients may schedule services by contacting us. To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 7 days prior to the appointment.

3.2 Refund and Transfer Policy

If a cancellation is received at least 7 days before the scheduled date, a full refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment are non-refundable due to preparatory work and resource allocation. Clients may transfer their booking to another date within 60 days of the original date by submitting a request through the Contact Form.

4. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, reports, and online courses developed by Northviro.

4.1 Delivery and Access

Upon purchase, access credentials or download links will be provided via email or user portal.

4.2 Refund Policy for Information Products

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before accessing or downloading content. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Once the materials have been accessed or downloaded, they are non-refundable.

5. Physical Products

Physical products include sensors, monitoring equipment, and related devices.

5.1 Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary by location.

5.2 Return and Refund Policy for Physical Products

Customers may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, submit a request through the Contact Form. Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Approved returns will be refunded within 15 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective. At our discretion, exchanges or replacements may be offered.
